Passenger Survey

Launched in 2014, the APEX State of the Air Passenger Experience Program provides valuable insights into airline passenger attitudes and preferences.
 
Periodically, APEX surveys a statistically representative sample made up of more than 1,500 total flyers from eight major airline markets around the globe.

Methodology
 
Partnering with CINT, a globally-recognized leader in market research technologies, APEX sources a demographically representative sample of over 1,500 flyers from 8 countries around globe.
 
Questions are formed by APEX. The results are a statistically relevant snapshot of flying behaviors and preferences.
 
About The Q2 2014 Survey
 
The Airline Passenger Experience Association surveyed nationally representative samples of people, ages 18 and older, who have traveled by airplane at least once during the last three months and living in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, Australia or Brazil.
 
Respondent samples for each country were balanced for age and gender to be representative of the respective countries’ adult populations. (n = 1,647) The margin of sampling error for results based on the complete set of data is ±1 percentage point.
