Passenger Choice Awards Collateral


Do you want your airline to be recognized as one of the best by passengers from all over the world? The Passenger Choice Awards have quickly become the industry's most significant awards program for the airline passenger industry as winners are chosen based on customer feedback. Winning airlines are announced at the Passenger Choice Awards Gala held during the APEX EXPO each fall, and featured by the press in various media outlets around the globe. You can help get your airline in the running by ensuring your customers are taking the survey. 

Changes to the 2015 program:
The 2015 program has been revamped to help each airline better focus its promotional efforts and to give all airlines - big and small - a shot at earning bragging rights. Importantly, we have condensed the window for completing surveys to two months leading into the summer.

That means the 2015 cycle will be open for May and June only.

While the schedule will change, the benefits to airlines will not! Participating airlines will continue to receive invaluable passenger data and comments following the close of the survey.

Here's How to Get Started:
As you know, the Passenger Choice Awards recognition program has been expanded to encompass the total passenger experience - from ticket purchase to baggage claim - and has moved to a two-month voting period.

Member airlines are asked to invite customers to vote online at for the 2015 awards cycle. The survey will be open for two months for the 2015 PCAs awards cycle; 1 May - 30 June 2015.

We are asking the airlines to distribute information about the Passenger Choice Awards to its passenger database, through social media, via print collateral and the website using the logos, collateral and ads provided via the links below.

Your participation is crucial for maximizing passenger participation, and increasing your chances of having your airline selected as a finalist...or winner!
